Wednesday Lunch: Taste of Tuscany, Wednesday, October 19, 12-1 p.m.

Enjoy a three course meal created by Caterer Harry McCullough.   Harry will create for you a selection of some of his favorites and share some of the methods and techniques involved in making these delicious dishes during this lunch.  Featured menu to include a spinach, tomato and basil soup.  Rotolo pasta con sugo: pasta roll with a spinach & cheese filling with a sage butter sauce or tomato sauce.  For dessert; a pear terrine.  Fresh bread is served on the side.  $22 ($24) includes tax (no gratuity necessary).
