Summer Market Fresh Kitchen: Charcuterie & Small Bites Board, Mon, August 23, 5:30 p.m. Charcuterie  are increasingly popular, and no wonder!  Although the term originated from France and traditionally meant serving cured, dried meats, now it means just about anything goes.  You can make them for a grazing meal or to wow folks at a party!  In this class, together, students will create a board including cheeses, fruits, spiced nuts, meats, microgreens, jams, mustards, and breads, then enjoy the feast along with a glass of wine. Recipes Included J’Amy Graham Thomas, $40 ($45)
