Month of Lunches: Tastes of Sicily, $15/$17 (nonmember) Sicilian cuisine shows traces of all cultures that have existed on the island of Sicily over the last two millennia. Although its cuisine has much in common with Italian cuisine, Sicilian food also has Greek, Spanish, French and Arab influences. Cannoli, a famous and loved  Sicilian pastry, like many other confection specialties, was created from the virtuous hands of the nuns of Santa Caterina’s convent in Palermo.  Each week, Chef Fabio will prepare a different cannoli to compliment the main dish.
