*in person* Mind-Body Cleanse, Wednesdays, February 3-26, 12-1 p.m.
This class will offer weekly goal-setting activities to help you attain a healthier mind and body. Classes will include motivational concepts and approaches to physical health, including yoga sequences, mindfulness activities, journaling, free form sketching. Aurora Bonner, $45 ($50)
