Italy stands out amongst its European neighbors as a country with a strong percentage of vegetarian eaters.  Whether you embrace this type of cooking occasionally, or every day, there are some standout recipes Elizabeth and Marty would like to share with you to make and enjoy with family and friends.  Learn how to make eggplant parmesan and homemade sauce, beans, and greens, and pistachio semifreddo for dessert.  As an added treat, Elizabeth will make each student a piece of eggplant parmesan and we will supply a glass of wine for pick up before class.
