*zoom* Gentle Yoga, Tuesday’s, October 5-26, 5-6:00 p.m.
This gentle flow practice is for all levels and incorporates sun salutations, safe sequences and connection of breath to movement into each class. Students will learn proper alignment and how to coordinate movement with breath from one pose to the next. Yoga props, such as yoga blocks, straps and blankets, are recommended for support and stability of poses. This practice will promote improved mobility, flexibility and balance.
