Flow Yoga, Wednesdays, October 6-Nov 24, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Join us for this synchronized flow movement practice. In this class, we will use flowing sequences and sun salutations and breath to warm the body to reach new levels of flexibility, strength, and peace.
