Barre Class, Wednesdays, January 12-February 23

Barre is a low impact strength and conditioning class that incorporates basic ballet principles to accomplish three goals: lift, tighten and tone the body. We will accomplish these goals through exercises that are achievable for everyone and every body type, so you will feel confident and strong while moving toward your fitness goals.
