This is a time of year when bread is shared for family and holiday get togethers. Learn to adapt some tricks of the trade for home use to make working with bread easy and manageable. Bread can be used to thicken soups, make stuffing, croutons, breading and more.  Join us as Marc shares his favorite recipes, method, and techniques as he creates delicious options for you to enjoy along with a glass of wine.  While he is at it, he will add some house made salad dressing and croutons to a salad for all to enjoy.  Class limited to 6.
