First Course: Autumn salad of seasonal lettuce & greens, pears, cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts with a balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée:  Apple cranberry stuffed pork loin served with butternut squash risotto and roasted seasonal vegetables

Dessert: A selection of freshly baked pies: pumpkin, strawberry rhubarb, peach raspberry crumble
